Individual Therapy

I use an integrative approach combining emotionally focused, narrative, and solution-focused methods.

I am client-centered and I emphasize collaboration with a resilience-based, trauma-informed lens. The goal is to meet your needs as a whole person—emotionally, mentally, relationally, and somatically.

Couples Therapy

My work with couples is integrative and adaptable, drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused approaches. Together, we explore how emotions shape the patterns that develop between partners and the stories those patterns create about the relationship. By slowing down and tuning into these emotional experiences, couples can better understand each other, increase emotional awareness, and strengthen connection.
From there, we focus on practical strategies that help partners shift unhelpful cycles, communicate more effectively, and build more supportive, resilient relationships.

For clients who feel more at ease in motion, I offer a unique approach that blends movement, nature, and therapy to support emotional healing.

Somatic integrative therapy

For clients who feel more at ease in motion, I offer a unique approach that blends movement, nature, and therapy to support emotional healing.

Not everyone finds healing while seated. For those who feel more at ease in motion, I offer individualized therapy sessions outdoors—that blend sport psychology with talk therapy. These 60 or 90-minute sessions are designed for clients who prefer a hybrid approach to emotional processing, where movement, rhythm, and connection to nature are central to the therapeutic experience. As Dr. Bruce Perry explains, “Patterned, repetitive, rhythmic activity… regulates and soothes the lower parts of the brain,” helping the nervous system settle enough to support deeper healing. Similarly, Bessel van der Kolk reminds us that “the body keeps the score,” and that recovery often begins when we move in ways that help us feel safe in our bodies again. These sessions are ideal for those who feel limited by traditional talk therapy and prefer to explore their emotional landscape while in motion—grounded by nature and supported by a licensed therapist. Whether you’re processing trauma or simply seeking a new way to connect with yourself, these movement-based sessions create space for insight, regulation, and renewal.
