FAQs

Where is your office located? (And do you offer telehealth?)

I am only in the physical office one day a week (Wednesday). I am currently looking into adding another in person day. I offer telehealth and like the flexibility that comes with it.

My office is in Pasadena, 210 South Orange Grove Blvd. There is street parking on Maylin St/ (across the street) and Ellis Street is also an option.

What are your hours? (And do you work Saturdays?)

I have limited personal capacity for now, but I am flexible when working from my virtual office.

Can I cancel? (And how often do I have to come to sessions?)

Life happens, so cancellations happen. I ask that you give me 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation because I hold that time and date specifically for you. I have a one-time forgiveness policy. After that a cancellation fee will be applied. A credit card must be in your secure client portal to secure your first session.

Can I talk with you first? (And is there a consultation fee?)

We can set up a 15-30 minute consultation to see if this is a good fit. There is no consultation fee. It can be done via phone or zoom depending on the preference.

What should I know about how we’ll work? (And what should I expect?)

Our first session is a starting point, a chance for us to begin building a connection in a space that centers safety, openness, and curiosity. We’ll take time to explore what’s bringing you into therapy and discuss any parts of your story that feel important to share. From there, we’ll start to shape a path forward together, one step at a time. There’s absolutely no expectation to have everything sorted out. Therapy is a collaborative process that unfolds gradually. It’s completely normal to feel unsure or nervous in the beginning. I’m here to walk alongside you and offer steady support as we navigate the process together.
